Square Acre Studio’s goals in a property assessment are twofold: ensuring that each property looks phenomenal, and that it is maintained in a cost-efficient way. By working with building management and contractors, we can review the outdoor spaces of a property and provide recommendations for moving forward with an eye towards meeting these goals. These reviews include 3 – 4 formal reports annually which include notes, photographs, and action items to ensure the property will continue to present well into the future.

In an effort to highlight the changing seasons, we offer designs for 5 to 10 seasonal change outs a year for our properties. Each seasonal update takes into consideration everything from the varied and distinct microclimates present at each property to the way the annuals and perennials will grow and develop over the course of a season. Each design is unique yet with a cohesive palette to tie together projects among various properties. Sustainability and cost measures also factor into considerations as we plan with you for seasons to come.

Our concierge-level construction administration services span from first conversations to after the final install. From reviewing proposals to sourcing bidders and suppliers, we will handle anything that needs to be done to ensure your projects run seamlessly.
